All of our grapes are grown organically right here on the Estate and we make our wine in the open within meters of the vineyard. Our aim, every vintage, is to express every nuance of this place in that particular season. No vintage is alike. We work naturally, adding nothing but our own grapes, and taking nothing away. The result is distinctive and unique Pinot Noir, We add ZERO sulphites. We use only wild indigenous yeasts or bacteria to ferment. We add no fining agents to clarify and stabilize our wine resulting in wines that are vegan friendly and sometimes a little cloudy.. We don't filter either.
